Kimberly Horton, PT graduated from The University Of Vermont in 1993. A native Vermonter who moved to New York City to manage a private physical therapy practice on Long Island. Kim relocated to Northern Virginia in 2000, and worked as a physical therapist for George Washington University Hospital, then in 2004, Inova Loudoun Hospital. In 2007, she joined the BioMechanic team. Kim was made Vice President of Operations in 2009.
Kim has been practicing outpatient orthopedics her entire career. She specializes in sacroiliac dysfunction, neck & back pain, myofacial pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, headaches and shoulder & knee dysfunction. She also has extensive experience with patients who suffer with pregnancy related pain and joint dysfunction. Kim has done extensive manual therapy course work including muscle energy, myofascial release, Maitland mobilization and she is a certified weight trainer.
Kim is married with two beautiful children. Her interests include gourmet cooking, fine wine and travel.
