Dr. Jenn Miner is a rarity in this area as she was born and raised
right here in Northern Virginia.She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University
of St. Augustine.She completed
internships in a variety of venues including HealthSouth Inpatient
Rehabilitation Salisbury, MD, in San Diego, CA and outpatient treatment at
BioMechanic Physical Therapy, Leesburg, VA.Having found the perfect match for her at BioMechanic Physical Therapy, she
happily returned as a full-time staff member. Dr. Miner has taken advanced classes and completed extensive
course work in Cervical spine, Thoracic spine, Lumbar spine and sacroiliac
dysfunctions, but enjoys treating patients with all types of physical therapy
needs.She likes to make the
treatment programs unique and enjoyable experience for each of her patients.
Dr. Miner has been very involved with cheerleading in all
venues both as a participant and as a coach for 19 years.Her involvement has contributed to
understanding the psyche of athletes, their injuries and their desire to heal
and get back to their program as quickly as possible.
She enjoys spending time with family, friends, downhill
skiing, cheerleading activities, working in the family business (Lion &
Bull Restaurant) and playing with her always entertaining, big, white dog named
Hunter.
